About Me 

I am a Learning Experience Designer who believes learning should be clear, engaging, and purposeful. My path into this field began in research and education, where I saw how thoughtful design can transform understanding. That experience drives my commitment to create learning that not only informs but empowers people to perform at their best.

Over the past several years, I have designed experiences across multiple modalities, including eLearning, video, microlearning, job aids, ILTs, vILTs, and interactive activities. I bring ideas to life with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Vyond, and Camtasia, and I thrive on turning complex content into simple, actionable lessons.

My work is guided by curiosity, creativity, and a focus on measurable results. In past projects, I have helped teams adopt new systems 25% faster, reduced workflow errors, and consistently improved learner satisfaction scores. 

 

In addition to hands-on design, I lead projects from end to end, collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, and mentor peers to ensure high-quality, learner-centered outcomes.
